Position Overview Kaleidoscope is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to run a full-sales cycle and acquire net new customers monthly to drive critical growth for Kaleidoscope.
Your role involves running a strategic and effective prospecting playbook, managing your pipeline daily, and having excellent business acumen while working multi-threaded sales cycles.

Responsibilities
Run full sales cycle
Consistent prospecting to generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue
Listen, consult, and design solutions for potential customers
Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
Collaborate with customer success & product teams to provide insights as we continue to innovate our best-in-class platform
Deliver operational excellence in the areas of opportunity management and forecasting
Use business acumen during the discovery, proposal, and negotiation
Have a deep understanding of the way our customers operate, and the priorities that drive decisions at the leadership level
Create demand by uncovering problems and matching them to our solution
Uncover organizational initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions
Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
Sell on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quota targets
About You
You bring 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in an early to mid-stage company.
Experience prospecting new logos
Experience selling to leadership teams
Ability to build and deliver presentations/demos to interested organizations
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role
