Dock is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our expanding sales team! You'll play a crucial role in our growth journey by partnering with the Head of Sales to prospect new accounts and convert free users into paying customers.

What You Will Do
Become a Product Expert: Gain deep knowledge of our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape.
Outbound/Prospecting: Work with your peers to identify organizations that can utilize Dock to close more deals and ensure successful, streamlined onboarding experiences.
Run Sales Calls: Conduct detailed discovery, provide customized product demos, and develop timelines that align with customer needs.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Provide feedback to our internal team as Dock continues to grow.
Utilize MEDDPICC Sales Methodology: Strategically prepare for calls, advance prospects through the sales process, and accurately forecast revenue.
Manage Pipeline in HubSpot: Maintain a clear and organized pipeline.
Close Business: Consistently achieve and exceed quota.
Who You Are
5+ years of sales experience in Mid-Market/Enterprise SaaS
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
President’s Club/Top 10% of sales org
Strong outbound and prospecting skillset
Experience selling to GTM functions (sales, client success, RevOps, marketing)
Ability to complete sales cycle from disco to demo and qualification to close, including strong negotiation abilities with multiple stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Finance, etc.)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment
Based in the United States (SF/NYC Preferred)
Experience with HubSpot CRM (preferred)

Compensation
Expected OTE: $200-250K
Compensation includes a mix of salary, commission, and equity.
