Role Overview
As an account executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding Aura's footprint in the US market. You'll be responsible for the full cycle sales process (including outbound lead gen). You should be able to develop a deep understanding of our target customers and the challenges that they face.

The ideal candidate has worked with accounts in management consulting and financial services (especially private equity) and has experience with value-based selling. Responsibilities
- Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities with management consulting firms or private equity funds as key strategic partners and clients
- Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client needs and objectives
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise business development or sales, selling solutions valued at $24k-$100k ARR
- Experience selling SaaS or Alt-Data solutions to management consulting firms or private equity funds
- Proven track record of pipeline management, exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment
- Strong understanding of the management consulting or private equity industries, including key players and the challenges firms in this space face
- Experience using and maintaining HubSpot (or similar CRM) for pipeline and outbound activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
