Position Overview

As an Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and locations. From devising innovative recruitment strategies to executing social media campaigns, you'll be at the forefront of driving success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns, incorporating research, media, and strategic planning.

Collaborate closely with clients to define project objectives and strategies, ensuring alignment with their goals.

Present media plans, analyses, and recommendations to clients, while effectively managing budgets and timelines.

Maintain strong client relationships, anticipating their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Coordinate project activities, liaising with creative teams and ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in advertising, public relations, or agency settings, with a focus on account management.

Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver impactful solutions.

Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Previous sales experience is advantageous.

Willingness to travel occasionally (10-15%) to meet with clients.
