Description
Primary Role: Developing and improving upon solid relationships with clients while addressing and resolving client issues by being the primary point of contact for all CLIENT products.
Must have 1 year of 340 B Experience
Must have 3 years of Account management Experience
Polished, professional Account Manager to oversee largest client base in the company.
Customer Service skills are impeccable.
Explanation of products and understanding of products after training to be easily explained to clients.
Works on reports and contracts.
Able to understand WHEN to escalate issues when they are noticed and not leave them on the table.
Able to articulate all aspects of client needs to management
Work with a Team of Account Managers, guiding them to be the "best of the best"
Ability to virtually provide Quarterly Business Reviews
