You Will
Strategically guide clients and cultivate relationships for project excellence
Lead both internal and client teams with finesse
Precisely manage account revenue and drive organic growth
Deliver metrics on relationship quality and product satisfaction
Ensure accurate and effective implementation of Statements of Work
Foster relationships across teams and departments, while mentoring and leading project teams
Define and implement best practices at the business unit level
Contribute to the overall development of the Client Services department
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams, as well as with partner agencies
You Have
5-7 years of Account Management experience in an Advertising/Digital Marketing agency, with at least 3 years of managerial experience
A solid track record of handling complex projects and clients, with a fastidious attention to detail and ability to work across multiple concurrent workstreams
Deep understanding of user-centric digital product design principles, inclusive of user journeys
Experience working within an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) structure
Proven experience in formulating and executing strategic account plans and roadmaps
Quick decision-making abilities and adeptness at implementing solutions
Strong negotiation, communication, writing, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to manage to defined Scopes of Work, with strong financial acumen
Comprehensive understanding of project management
Familiarity with CPG industry; preference for experience in heavily regulated categories
Expertise in analytics, including test and learn methodologies

Business travel required. Ability to travel for company business, inclusive of multi-day trips to Client and/or Agency locations. International travel may be required; candidate must possess a valid Passport to travel without restriction within the United States of America and Canada.

Salary Range
$130,000 — $150,000 USD
