Who We Are Looking For

Full time Customer Service representative with excellent communication skills and experience in Flexible Packaging or other manufacturing. As a key member of the customer service department, this position will be responsible for timely and effective communication between customers and teammates, providing best service and support for our clients. Safety and quality are our passion and commitment to our clients!

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage customer accounts internally and work with specific sales representatives.

• Main point of communication for the customers assigned
• Enter quotations for items
• Assist with purchasing materials from vendors.
• Responsible to gather all information for new customers including but not limited to, credit application, new customer onboarding form, item specifications, graphics
• Schedule and run ramp up meetings for new customers and/or new items
• Run weekly inventory reports. Handle min/max inventories
• Enter sales orders and process production orders for repeat orders
• Work with quality manager for any quality complaints from customer
• Work with traffic coordinator for any shipping issues
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with clients, customers, vendors, co-workers and supervisors.
• Any and all other duties as assigned by the manager and/or designee.
  
  
  

What will help you to succeed:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Preferred Flexible Packaging experience (Film, Printed Film, Wicket Bags, Lamination)
• Required experience in manufacturing/production of goods.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to read and comprehend orders and instructions.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• A drive to succeed with a self-starter approach and a can-do attitude.
