The Account Coordinator (AC) supports the account team through day-to-day organization and management of client projects throughout the agency. The AC collaborates closely with agency departments to ensure that client needs are met by monitoring and guiding project activities and by supporting strong relationships with clients. This position also works closely with the agency’s project management team, coordinating schedules and workflow.

This position reports to the Senior Account Executive or Account Director.

As our Account Coordinator, you will:

  • Communicate regularly with clients and coordinate work across the agency’s internal cross-functional teams to ensure that all services and strategies are executed and delivered according to agency and client expectations
  • Provide agency’s internal cross-functional teams with accurate client input, supporting data, and production materials
  • Support the account team in the coordination of current client projects, ensuring workflow is on track
  • Review and coordinate client approvals of copy, design, and other creative deliverables
  • Generate work orders and call reports
  • Travel to client discovery visits, presentations, conferences, photo shoots, and other project related events, as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned


You have:

  • 1-2 years of relevant previous experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Agency experience and/or experience in Higher Education industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Mac software programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
