Summary of Position
Falvey Insurance Group is looking to grow the Falvey Family and is looking for candidates that are detailed orientated, customer service focused, and interested in careers in insurance, to apply for an entry level Account Assistant support staff position.
Candidates should be familiar with working in a fast paced, collaborative, office environment and have a willingness to achieve an insurance producers license (if not already licensed.)
Our Account Assistant Support Staff are responsible for a variety of tasks, including, file management, and data entry in our proprietary intranet system.
Falvey Insurance Group's proprietary intranet system is designed and built in-house, and hands on training will be provided over the first 3 months of employment.
Hours of Operation and Working Conditions
This position’s work hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, in a business-casual office environment. We currently operate on a hybrid basis with 3 days in office of which Wednesday and Thursday are mandatory in office days and your third day is up to your choosing and 2 days at home. This position may require occasional flexibility for working additional hours to accomplish project objectives.
