What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and teach fieldwork related courses within the occupational therapy program
• Coordinate Level I and Level II Fieldwork experiences for students
• Maintain memberships with professional associations related to professional area of expertise
• Engage in professional writing and publication efforts
• Participate in university service through committee work and collaborations
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Doctoral degree awarded by an institution accredited by the USDE
• Occupational Therapist licensed in Oregon
• At least 2 years of experience as an occupational therapist
• Proficiency with document preparation and computer skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with course development and teaching related to fieldwork
• AOTA Fieldwork Educator Certificate
• Evidence of publication, presentation, and continuing education related to occupational therapy
• Experience with higher education accreditation standards and compliance analysis
