Academic Dean

Join us at the Indianapolis, IN campus as we seek an Academic Dean to expand and refine our training courses, while providing guidance and inspiration to our faculty and students as well as direct the recruitment, development, and management of a top-notch team dedicated to crafting innovative curricula and programs.

Responsibilities

• Encourage commitment to the vision and core values of Lincoln Tech
• Emphasize strategies that maximize the use of available resources, to consistently strive for quality results and achieve standards of excellence
• Make effective decisions and support implementation and evaluation of programs and policies
• Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements
• Contribute to curriculum development and implementation
• Encourage and support faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations
• Focus on faculty recruitment, to ensure qualified instructors for all programs
• Maintain appropriate records in compliance with state, accrediting body, and Company policies
• Compile and follow-up on supply and training equipment requests
• Report to the Campus President
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of management experience preferably in post-secondary education
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to solve problems and issues creatively
• Attention to detail and desire for continuous improvement and innovation
  
  

Preferred

• Master's degree in Education or related field
