Responsibilities
- Encourage commitment to the vision and core values of Lincoln Tech
- Emphasize strategies that maximize the use of available resources, to consistently strive for quality results and achieve standards of excellence
- Make effective decisions and support implementation and evaluation of programs and policies
- Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements
- Contribute to curriculum development and implementation
- Encourage and support faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations
- Focus on faculty recruitment, to ensure qualified instructors for all programs
- Maintain appropriate records in compliance with state, accrediting body, and Company policies
- Compile and follow-up on supply and training equipment requests
- Report to the Campus President
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience preferably in post-secondary education
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to solve problems and issues creatively
- Attention to detail and desire for continuous improvement and innovation
- Master's degree in Education or related field
