We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented, and highly organized Academic Content Coordinator to support scheduling logistics and administrative tasks involved in developing and maintaining educational courses. This role will report to the Chief Academic Officer (CAO).
Responsibilities
Video/Content Support:
Collaborate with the video and content teams to coordinate film locations, manage paperwork, and ensure smooth payment processes.
Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for talent involved in film shoots.
Maintain communication with talent to ensure a supportive and valued experience.
Coordinate with students and faculty for filming schedules and paperwork.
Assist in organizing remote shoots and technical preparations.
Manage administrative tasks related to filming, including paperwork and logistics at shoot locations.
Course Adjustments
Work closely with the Course Project Manager to edit, format, and post course content in learning management systems.
Conduct light editorial reviews and ensure accessibility standards are met for course materials.
Caption videos and manage content adjustments as required.
Academic/Content Team Support
Assist in agenda preparation and note-taking for team meetings.
Gather and organize feedback from course participants for continuous course improvement.
Input course edits into learning management systems under the guidance of the Academic Team.
Coordinate logistics for Board of Advisors meetings and assist in presentations as needed.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in a content coordination or assistant role within a dynamic environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills in planning and production environments.
Experience with learning management systems like Canvas or LearnDash is advantageous.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello is a plus.
Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn in a progressive educational setting.

Location:
This position is fully remote, with occasional travel required for film shoots and company events.
Salary Range
Competitive compensation package with a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience and responsibilities.
