This person needs to have an overall knowledge of the game of volleyball. Know how to prepare practice plans, teach skills, manage a game, and work with the 8th grade head coach and high school varsity coach to incorporate the required skills and knowledge throughout the season to ensure girls are ready for volleyball at the 8th-grade level and beyond.
