Cooking variety of sauces, soups, salsas, and beans in industrial size kettles (200 gallons) / Cocinar variedad de salsas para pastas, salsas, frijoles en batches tamaño industrial (200 galones)
Ensuring each cook cycle is completed accurately by controlling the ingredients entering the kettle, the cook time and cook temperatures. /Asegurarse de que cada ciclo de cocción se complete con precisión controlando los ingredientes que ingresan al hervidor, el tiempo de cocción y las temperaturas de cocción.

Requirements
Lifting up to 75 pounds frequently / Levantar hasta 75 libras con frecuencia
