3D Graphic Artist

Optomi, in partnership with a premier client and leading furniture retailer, is seeking a talented Digital Graphic Designer to join an expanding in-house digital design team.

As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team, including Creative and Ecommerce Merchandising, to create compelling digital graphic assets for a variety of multimedia projects. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for typography, and a knack for designing innovative and impactful visuals. Additionally, proficiency in manipulating images, color correction, and composite editing is essential. You should be capable of seamlessly replacing elements within images to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the visual identity and creative direction of upcoming campaigns.
• Develop and execute digital assets such as web banners, social media ads, and promotional graphics.
• Conduct competitive research to stay informed of design trends and insights.
• Participate in creative briefings, testing, and brainstorming sessions.
• Fulfill daily and weekly creative requests with precision and creativity.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in digital graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma preferred.
• Motion animation and/or video editing skills are a plus.
• Prior retail or ecommerce experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to manage changing deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work with minimal oversight.
