3D Designer (Merchandising) - Rhino, Keyshot

Summary

• Support the Global Visual Merchandising & Retail Experience team with creative needs for a consistent and representative brand experience across all channels.
• Develop 3D models, graphics, presentations, and guidelines for merchandising units and retail displays.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute global strategies for permanent, new product launches, and seasonal programs.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of visual merchandising projects from concept to completion.
• Develop clear, visually impactful, and easy-to-navigate designs based on creative briefs.
• Create 3D models, renders, plans, 2D graphics, and design turn-over drawings for product displays, launch content, in-store artwork, and graphics.
• Understand and design for various retail environments (freestanding stores, partner doors, specialty retailers) to maximize product exposure and storytelling.
• Develop displays that stand out from the competition and highlight new product launches.
• Design graphics, packaging, and visual guidelines for launch and evergreen programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative Operations, Image, Store Design, etc.) to ensure successful program execution and a cohesive brand message.
• Create digital guidelines/presentations for open sell systems.
• Attend meetings, present concepts, and report on project status.
• Maintain a well-organized database of project assets.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends in visual arts and merchandising.
• Manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and maintaining clear communication.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising design (tester displays, gondola designs, display design, styling, events) in the beauty industry (luxury preferred).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Proficiency in 3D design programs (Rhino, Keyshot) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to multi-task, be self-starting, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong project management skills with excellent communication.
• Knowledge of retail trends and SMC environments.
