Base pay range
$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Requirements:
- Marine engineering experience—working on military ships or large commercial vessels
- Experience with piping systems on ships
- 5 years of “3D checker” knowledge- checking models for NAVSEA compliance
- Knowledgeable in NAVSEA compliance
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Excel
Additional Qualifications
- ShipConstructor or Navis software experience
Responsibilities:
- Checking diagrams and designs in 3D AutoCAD
- Checking specs of piping systems and ensuring they are NAVSEA-compliant
