Hours: 1:30pm-12:00am
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Monday thru Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
Precision Assembly: Execute lineup plans for all stations within the custom automation system, following detailed assembly prints to position, align, and fasten units using hand and power tools.
Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality inspections on individual stations and sub-assemblies before installation to ensure compliance with print specifications and setup dimensions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the Mechanical Assembly Lead and Engineering team to resolve any assembly issues and assist in debugging activities to support factory acceptance testing.
Documentation: Document mechanical assemblies accurately and maintain clear communication throughout the assembly process.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in design, assembly, or mechanical principles preferred.
3-5 years of high-skilled experience in mechanical assembly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proven experience in effective team collaboration.
Mathematical skills for precise measurements and metric conversions.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specification manuals, assembly plans, and manufacturing instructions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
