Core Department Lead (2nd Shift)

Job Summary:As the Core Department Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operation. Leading the 2nd shift team, you'll oversee production, ensure quality standards, and drive efficiency improvements. Reporting to senior management, you'll uphold our core values while fostering a culture of excellence.

Job Type: Fill Time/Temp To Hire!

Pay: From $25.00per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week

2nd Shift: 1:30pm-12:00am

Monday Thru Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Excellence: Guide and inspire a dedicated team to meet production goals and uphold safety standards.
• Operational Oversight: Manage workflow, inventory, and equipment maintenance to maximize efficiency.
• Training and Development: Train and mentor team members on processes and safety protocols, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain adherence to ISO standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborative Communication: Foster teamwork across departments, resolving issues and aligning on company objectives.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing, with proven leadership skills.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, proficiency in ERP systems, and a commitment to safety.
• Certifications: Forklift operation and valid driver's license required.
