The Technical Project Manager plans, establishes, and manages technical projects by liaising between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. They align projects with customer needs and requirements, construct detailed work plans, measure milestones, and communicate the results to a stakeholder audience. They organize projects with the goal of completing them on time and within budget.
Our delivery team uses several tools, including an advanced project management platform, communications systems, testing and quality assurance processes and platforms. The Technical Project Manager team member must be comfortable working within an environment that leverages technology to deliver our services efficiently and values accountability and collaboration to ensure success across all client engagements.

Requirements
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical projects from inception through delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, while managing timelines, resources, and quality goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and leverage existing tools to enhance project execution. Introduce new tools as necessary to maintain project effectiveness
- Identify, analyze, and proactively respond to financial, operational, and project risks. Implement continuous improvement programs focusing on best practices, performance measurement, and iterative enhancements
- Establish and maintain communication plans, provide regular updates to all stakeholders, and facilitate the gathering and validation of project requirements
- Monitor project progress, realign schedules as needed, and provide detailed specifications for implementation
- Act as an escalation point for project issues, reset expectations and negotiate timelines to ensure clarity and satisfaction
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and performance reports to track progress and milestones
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure client needs are met, and projects remain within predefined parameters
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support project success and organizational goals
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management or account implementation/management
- Proven ability to manage global delivery models and define, manage, and measure IT delivery processes
- Experience in enterprise architecture and solution design is preferred.
- Proficiency with version control software such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN
- Familiarity with project management software. Experience with Adobe Workfront is considered a significant plus
- Thorough understanding of project management principles, information technology procedures, and practices.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of working with high-performing IT teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Effective management style characterized by high energy, efficiency, collaboration, and openness.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities focused on detail and problem resolution
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing situations.
- Ethical and values-driven, innovative, and receptive to diverse ideas and viewpoints
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively
This is a remote position, and you will work from your home office; some travel may be required (
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field
- Certification in agile project methodologies, preferably SAFe. Additional certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous
