Adjust and calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
Train staff on maintenance techniques to reduce downtime.
Manage inventory of parts and supplies.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
