As a result of our continually expanding list of catastrophe client partners, and our continued growth with our longstanding partners, we are adding experienced property Quality Assurance Examiners to our catastrophe team.

Overview

Our Independent Catastrophe Quality Assurance Examiners are (1099) contractors that will ensure a quality product is delivered to our client in a timely and professional manner by working alongside our field services staff and department leaders. The position is responsible for performing quality assurance reviews, following specific client estimating guidelines/best practices, and ensuring all estimates/reports are technically accurate. 

This position is specifically for Quality Assurance Examiners that have prior experience reviewing and collaborating estimates utilizing the SYMBILTY platform.

Qualifications:  

  • Proficiency in Symbility required. Proficiency in Xactimate a plus.
  • Two plus years of related property claim handling experience.
  • Decision making skills and the ability to work independently.   
  • Good organization and time management skills 
  • Analytical and proactive claim handling skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Proficient oral and written communication is a must.
  • Proficient computer & typing skills - working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Review adjuster reports and estimates to ensure estimates are technically accurate and meet appropriate industry guidelines and standards for repair.
  • Understand and follow all best-practices guidelines to ensure that all client expectations are met.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and appropriate application of coverage.
  • Confirm all appropriate file documentation is included for completion of the review process.
  • Ability to work with Symbility and collaborate estimates.
  • Respond timely and appropriately to follow-ups/requests for the client.
  • Monitor and maintain individual queues to ensure that files are being completed in a timely manner.
  • Understand and work within multiple client systems, programs, and guidelines.
  • Assist with training adjusters on client specific requirements when necessary.
