As a critical member of the Go-to-Market team, this team member focuses on elevating platforms across the organization. Self-motivated to identify the needs of the business with internal customers to influence leadership with recommendations that may improve business performance, gamification, workforce capability, and employee engagement.

  • Elevates platforms across the organization by conducting external research on latest trends and best practices while actively partnering with vendors and subject matter experts in all systems to improve business performance and employee engagement while aligning with company strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and execute enablement project plans that define key enablement priorities, business impact, and scope.
  • Create and meet deadlines for product/program implementation and success metrics while continuing to communicate with key stakeholders. Adapting project requirements by monitoring usages and internal customer feedback.
  • Collaborates and may lead development teams with operational leadership to build Success Enablement tools for internal customers with the goals of improving engagement, driving sales, and focusing on an influential customer journey.
  • Provides value and results. Actively listening to customer’s and team’s questions and objections; drafting tailored responses and proposals based upon situations.
  • Initiate, develop, and lead training curriculum for operational leadership and employees.
  • Mentor and support Sales Enablement Specialist, Interns and other members of the Information Technology Team being the first point of contact for internal questions.
  • Responsible for properly using, maintaining, and returning upon request any company equipment and assets issued by Salelytics.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent education and/or experience) in sales, IT, sales enablement, learning and development, or human performance technology.
  • Minimum 3 years business experience including sales, sales support, or sales enablement.
  • Ability to work independently and be driven to create goals and complete deadlines with minimum oversight.
  • Proactive in identifying needs for internal customers and find solutions to improve success enablement tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal customers and external vendors to manage large-scale initiatives.
  • Critical thinker who can positively influence leadership and can actively listen to customers to improve the customer journey.
  • Experience with sales process and systems.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Advance skills with Microsoft Office Applications.
