Facilitate the enterprise deployment of the eCW to TruCare Clinical Care documentation improvement plan that saved the Care Management team about 30 minutes on average for patients within scope. The fix developed by the technical team yielded about $80k per month in savings to the business.

Project team worked with market leaders to deploy a solution to reduce abrasion across all primary care clinics in the state. This initiative improved clinician workflows by allowing easier access to medication refill requests, reviewing orders from specialists, and imaging facilities; and improving the speed of providing care to patients.

My role was to consult with the Chief Information Officer and senior Directors to provide an assessment and recommendations to improve PMO effectiveness. In the end, the CIO was armed with the knowledge and a plan to initiate to improve the PMO function.

The objective of this project was a cost benefit analysis of hiring additional pharmacists to decrease 30-day readmissions to the health system from medication related incidents. My role was was to use return on investment and breakeven calculations to assess the benefits of hiring additional staff to improve patient outcomes and avoid CMS penalties. The objective of this project was to assess the Information Technology departments' role in maintaining audit compliance for business records. My role was to conduct market research and make recommendations for a solution. The outcome was a feasibility analysis of a purchased system to help reverse the trend of multiple failed audits. I also designed a quantitative risk model to support the purchase/pass decision gate.
