Mr. Snead worked as a services solution manager in my Services Solutions & Marketing Department at Huawei. I also had the distinct pleasure of hiring Will. Hiring employees is never a perfect process, but in the case of Will, it was a success. The services solution manager role at Huawei required a person of great flexibility, integrity, fortitude and focus. He had an eye for detail that was unsurpassed by any of my other employees. He worked within all of the processes and guidelines that Huawei had, while concurrently working closely with all invested parties (sales, technical solutions managers, PMO, PQD, TAC and other services delivery organization), to secure their acceptance and support when developing services proposals, quotes, SoW/responsibility matrixes, P&L statements and sales strategies. In addition, he quickly learned our technology, often demonstrating a level of competence that technical sales came to rely on, especially when developing network designs. At the end of the day, it was Mr. Snead’s integrity and passion for getting the job done right, in a timely, professional manner, that won over my trust and confidence that he would successfully complete all assignments I gave him.”
