Your 3PL needs to value your brand since they are an extension of your reputation 🎯 The most common issues I've been hearing are: ➡ Brands are receiving little to no customer support from their 3PL, whether its delayed responses or just not resolving issues in a timely manner ⏳ ➡ The 3PL is consistently failing to provide the service that was promised like actual fulfillment timings and shipping delays 📦 ➡ A higher number of returns and bad reviews as there's errors in inventory management, order accuracy and packing quality. Your job as a seller isn’t to make your buyer FEEL better. It’s to actually MAKE them better. And how we can do so, is by throwing away the objection handling techniques + conversational tactics. Leaving behind any ideas about “challenging” your buyer, or “building rapport” so that you can open them up & close the deal. And instead focusing on diagnosing problems for your buyer, that they didn’t know about beforehand.
