“After working for Sarah for several months I found her to be a great leader to work under. Sarah is encouraging and attentive to her employee's and team needs as well as exhibiting many other skills such as campaign forecasting, building out fundraising programs around new concepts and developing strong internal infrastructure processes. A great quality that Sarah possesses is on-the-spot resolution making whenever there is a disagreement of opinion in the organization. This is something that I admire and aspire to achieve. Sarah's quick-thinking and approach-ability would help anyone working with her to feel comfortable and confident under her leadership. ”
