Participants are selected based on their demonstrated potential to succeed as a product manager and to develop successful innovations that are inclusive to diverse audiences. The IPMA offers knowledge, connections, and a community of support empowering participants to excel in interviews and on the job.

The Tuck Personal Board of Advisers (PBA) is an individual advisory board curated as a collaboration between Tuck and the Tuck student, with the goal of offering the Tuck student holistic advice, expertise, and assistance related to their MBA goals and journey, while also offering students the opportunity to manage a board. Similar to a corporate advisory board or a personal board of directors, the purpose of the Tuck PBA is to augment and support a student’s decision-making ability and confidence, while providing accountability and feedback.
The PBA will help students identify and map their desired pathway through Tuck, and help them stay on track or, in certain circumstances, help them change directions if priorities shift.
The PBA will have three distinct roles:
Help students align/realign their choices with their desired outcomes as they start their Tuck journey or return to campus after their summer internships.
Help the student with sensemaking, offering opportunities for the student to thoughtfully integrate and make sense of their Tuck experience.
Allow the student an opportunity to more broadly contextualize their Tuck experience as part of their overall purpose.
