What do you do if your boss disagrees with your work approach?
If your boss disagrees with your approach listen actively to your boss's perspective, articulate your reasoning clearly, and be willing to adapt or compromise if necessary to find a mutually acceptable solution. And most importantly, embrace the feedback with an open-mind. Whether you agree with it or not, there is always something to be learned from someone's point of view.

What do you do if you want to share your achievements with your boss without sounding arrogant?
The best way to highlight achievements is to use data and results. The key is on the delivery. Be humble, give credit where credit is due, but don't shy away from showcasing your accomplishments. In my opinion, a true leader should see this as a sign of confidence and self awareness rather than arrogance.
