Manage committees under Outreach and Innovation Community for WEF which includes Government Affairs, Membership, Public Communications and Outreach, Research and Innovation, and Technical Practices.

Unleash brought together 1,000 talents from 129 different countries for a 9 day immersive program to propose solutions to seven of the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)established by the United Nations. Served as a talent addressing SDG 6, ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all. Worked in team to evaluate issue of and propose solution for emerging contaminants such as pesticides and antibiotics in fisheries.

Our chapter's project included improvements to an existing groundwater distribution system in the community of Carlos Pinto (San Cristóbal Province, Dominican Republic). Traveled to the community for assessment, implementation, and monitoring trips. Completed design calculations to size calcium hypchlorite chemical storage and feed system. Led bacteriological evaluation and communicated both the methodology and results to community members in Spanish.

Lead direction for subcommittees which include: Young Professionals Summit, Emerging Young Professional Leadership Workshop, Student Design Competition, Student Activities, Waterpalooza, Service Project, SYP Workshops, and Springboard Program.

Assist Committee Chair with leadership and direction of the committee including its various sub-committees. Coordinate closely with WEF Board of Trustees, House of Delegates, and Committee Leadership Council.

Currently leading the planning efforts for the 2018 Young Professionals Summit.

Led Young Professional Committee volunteers at annual STEM outreach activities including AZ Region Future City Competition and Engineer's Day at the Arizona Science Center.

Developed mission, vision, and tasks for organization's business plan as part of the Strategic Plan and Business Plan Ad-Hoc Committees.

Served as Foundation Grant Liaison for the Phoenix Branch's Younger Member Forum. Identified funding recipients for STEM activities within the Phoenix Metropolitan Area to promote engineering.
