    Assist company post go-live with the leverage of technology to make change control and documentation easier and the configuration faster. Additionally helping to identify root cause derived optimizations for repeat offender tickets and alignment with business leaders.

    Client advocate and technical advisor to internal team that is very self-sufficient. They do most of the configuration internally, but when a ticket doesn't solve it entirely and they need to understand why and have a conversation how to solve the business problem, they call me and we map out a plan.
