  • UCSD Center for Novel Therapeutics Development

    BioMed Realty was selected from 9 developers that competed for UCSD CNT, a 130,000 sf, LEED Platinum, build to suit on campus at UCSD's Science and Research Park, adjacent the Moores Cancer Center. This project will serve as UCSD's on-campus oncology hub, complete with a full service accelerator supported by local VCs, UCSD's top cancer PHDs ample state of the art amenities, and ready to go spec suites for modern, mid-tier biotechs. The project is being designed by Perkins + Will Architects.
