“As the IV&V Task Order Manager for the Maryland Department of Information Technology, Tony consistently demonstrated top-notch program management, IT strategic planning, and vendor management. As an IV&V vendor, I reported to him off-and-on for seven years. During this time, he was a dedicated and innovative advocate for the State agencies he represented. He leveraged his extensive IT system implementation and program management experience to ensure his customers received high-quality, risk-mitigating services and deliverables. Tony was always very communicative, responsive, diligent, and thoughtful. I highly recommend him in any leadership role for major IT system implementations.”
