    Develop a program to evaluate real estate emails from Zillow, Redfin and others based on rent-to-value ratio (R/V), price per square foot ($/sqft), and cash-on-cash return (Rtn).
    Produce reports filtering the data on user selectable values of R/V, $/sqft and Rttn and on user selectable areas (state, city, zip codes).
    Work with data providers (e.g. Zillow) to build a real estate investment website for others to use.
    Progress:
    Redfin and Zillow emails are parsed using Java - October…
