What do you do if your students struggle with time management?
I would take the moment to mentor them. While it is useful to help them identify why they are struggling, this is ineffective without introducing them to tools to help them. They can learn about the Eisenhower Matrix or use the Kanban method for time management. This slight nudge can inspire them to explore on their own and find the right time management tool for them.

How can you handle job search rejection without losing your self-confidence?
Rejection is never easy and while the mind is a wonderful asset, it can sometimes become our worst enemy. We tend to overanalyze things and become down on ourselves. The best strategy is to always keep the mind (and body) distracted and active. With too much down time (television, social media, etc.) our mind concentrates on the worst scenarios. It is much easier to feel sorry for ourselves than to be positive. It takes great effort to do this, but it is worth it. Go to the gym, write a journal or poetry, take music lessons, learn another language, take dance classes. Do something entirely new to you to force your mind to focus on that new activity and not dwell on the negative.
