    Project Red Dress is Seattle’s annual fashion event to inspire, create, challenge, and generate awareness and raise money for the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women movement and the student winner with of Project Red Dress with a scholarship.

    Our guest host was Nick Verreos from Project Runway and guest judges such as Luly Yang. My role was to advise and create the event's video, social media and exposure package.

    This year’s contestants were from International Academy of Design Technology (IADT), Seattle Central Community College, New York Fashion Academy, Washington State University, the Art Institute Seattle, and Seattle Pacific University; as is the tradition, they were sequestered at IADT for about sixteen hours as they constructed their bid for the most glamorous, directional, design-savvy, and relevant red dress.

    There’s a lot of stake: Winners receive a $3,000 scholarship, a three-month internship with Luly Yang, and a window displaying their gown in her iconic Fourth Ave shop. The winning design will also be featured in Seattle Met.

    The American Heart Association has plenty to gain, too: all proceeds from the event benefit this important non-profit.

    I worked with direclty with Christopher Chan the founder of the Seattle Wine Awards, Oregon Wine Awards, Idaho Wine Awards, Spirit Awards and Cider Awards.

    My work involved recruiting and directing the team that created one of the wine industries first realtime media programs incorporating live streaming video, photography and social media to create exposure for the NW wine region.

    We supported our wine community by helping over 50 wine makers secure their branded social media…

    I worked with direclty with Christopher Chan the founder of the Seattle Wine Awards, Oregon Wine Awards, Idaho Wine Awards, Spirit Awards and Cider Awards.

    My work involved recruiting and directing the team that created one of the wine industries first realtime media programs incorporating live streaming video, photography and social media to create exposure for the NW wine region.

    We supported our wine community by helping over 50 wine makers secure their branded social media accounts. Then created a realtime Seattle Wine Awards digital event dashboard to distributed content globally for the event.

    My team created a high-touch, digital media studio with hair and make up salon, wine maker and bottle photography, video interview studio and live social media team.

    Our innovative realtime digital content streams and social media reached around the world generating 250,000 digital media impressions.
