“Tom Hoverman is a professional, accomplished, and trusted Project Manager. He has demonstrated his ability to oversee project work driving excellent results. I have had the privilege and honor to work with Tom for approximately three years on a multi-phased, complex Change Management project for a large manufacturing solutions provider. Tom is organized, proficient, and talented at bringing complex project work into easily understood and workable plans. His willingness to lend a helping hand to problem solve and assist the team is also noteworthy. As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, he utilizes the necessary tools and skills to help drive the team’s success through stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, risk assessments, ADKAR, etc. Tom’s calming and professional presence is a noteworthy attribute and a strength that he exhibits on an ongoing basis. He does an excellent job of monitoring the execution of our project through an iterative approach as the needs of the project change. If given the opportunity to work with Tom again in the future, I would welcome the opportunity wholeheartedly.”

The Development of Cultural Competence
University of St. Thomas
This study reviewed the effects of an online cultural competence training program on the awareness, knowledge, and skill of 10 nurses and five physicians. The study also considered the impact of this training on the quality of care delivered to culturally diverse patients. The study confirmed Dr. Hoverman's hypotheses that the training would positively affect awareness, knowledge, and skill and that these changes would positively impact the quality of patient care.

Wonderlic Test
Score: Score: 48
I took this test out of curiosity as a football fan. The Wonderlic Test is used to measure the intelligence of recruits (most notably, NFL football players). A perfect score is 50. Here are the median scores for the top scoring professions:
Systems analyst – 32
Chemist – 31
Electrical engineer – 30
Engineer – 29
Programmer – 29
Accountant – 28
Executive – 28
And, for fun, here are the highest average scores by position among NFL players:

We offensive tackles may be big, but we're not dumb :-)
