What are the best ways to develop empathy for your product's target audience?
To genuinely empathize with your customer, you must understand the “why” behind their mindset. Before each prospect is introduced to your brand, their previous experiences, background, culture, and mindset have already informed, at some level, their opinion about your product and how it fits in their life. If you don’t invest the time to understand the “why” behind the mindset and appreciate “why” your ideal customers think the way they think and feel the way they feel, you'll never be able to have true empathy for them. • Development of related video scripts based on approved outline/storyboard
• Source, interview and prepare success stories from small business owners having success with using LinkedIn as a business development tool
• Collaborate with LinkedIn team members to finalize each storyboard/script for the course
• Based on approved scripts, create presentation slides to accompany the voiceover
• Create a series of three (3) to five (5) worksheets to help participants in quickly implementing what they learn
This project was completed, start to finish, in about three weeks.

In support of their ongoing efforts to bridge the digital divide and support diverse small business owners to succeed, we worked with the Diversity Markets team at Google to develop the Accelerate With Google Academy 2.0, an on-demand, web-based training program to allow busy entrepreneurs to learn proven marketing and business management strategies at their convenience.

We worked with Oracle's Supplier Diversity Team to develop a training program to educate suppliers on how to do business with Oracle. It's truly groundbreaking, as no other technology company has created any type of detailed training or specific mentoring opportunities specifically to teach suppliers how to compete for business.
As a result, the Oracle Supplier Diversity team has decreased their workload in vetting qualified suppliers by 90%.

We worked with Google's Diversity Markets team to re-configure and update their pilot Accelerate With Google Academy - a program designed to empower entrepreneurs to leverage online technology to grow their business and decrease the digital divide.

* Executing the marketing plan and tracking the results of each promotional tactic
The series increased the team's email subscriber list by 86% and the sales team had 40% more leads than the previous year!
