MSCI reports CRE Prices Fell 3% Year Over Year. Here's a breakdown of the RCA CPPI National All-Property Index: Industrial: +5.7% Office: (-33.2%) Retail: (-1.2%) Multifamily: (-8.4%) One-month numbers show only a 0.2% decrease, as evidence points towards price reductions cooling. Yet, the longer the Fed waits to cut, the more we will see a decline in values.
