      Due to Covid outbreak within the northeast region Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), I was reassigned to USP Lewisburg to implement a regional Covid mitigation policy while simultaneously managing a federal prison. Manage staffing/performance, facilities, and supplies and equipment. Administer budget of $69M and supervise staff of 500+. Collaborate on strategic planning with Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Director, North East Regional Director, Health Service Assistant Director, and 119 Wardens. Deliver technical and administrative support, as needed, to other federal agencies. Plan and implement health and wellness programs. Ensure safety and security, including making frequent and irregular inspections of all medical areas. Manage bus operations for the Northeast region while implementing new health care infectious disease travel restrictions (1st in the BOP). Represent Agency and DOJ within Pennsylvania for Agency level workgroups and conferences. Provide written and oral responses, for Departmental, Congressional, litigation and media inquiries.
      • Developed first logistical PPE supply chain program for 19 federal institutions on a monthly basis.
      • Expanded Telemed programs by 50% to reduce patient movement in an out of the facility.
      • Revitalized current recruiting procedures for medical providers and implemented new overtime
