    Students are provided with opportunities to become mentees, explore career options, and more importantly, hone skills that will help them decisively navigate through life. SWID strives to create a forum where students, faculty, and industry professionals can openly discuss experiences and challenges about their work – life achievements.

    By encouraging networking with faculty, alumni, peers, and professionals, we will achieve our goal of developing exceptional ID students who are confident leaders, workers, and individuals.
