On January 7, 2022, Governor Roy Cooper signed Executive Order 246, setting the course for North Carolina’s continued work to reduce economy-wide greenhouse gas emissions, advance environmental justice, and create good-paying jobs throughout the state. In addition to setting updated goals for emission reductions and the total number of registered Zero Emission Vehicles, the order instructs the NC Department of Transportation to develop a Clean Transportation Plan (NCCTP) within 15 months of the order. The primary objective of the process for developing the NCCTP will be to work with stakeholders to collaboratively develop a list of actionable policy and programmatic efforts to decarbonize the North Carolina transportation sector rapidly. Drive Electric Florida's Vision: Advance the energy, economic, and environmental security of the state of Florida by promoting the growth of electric vehicle ownership and accompanying infrastructure.

Drive Electric Florida's Mission: Support and accelerate the adoption of plug-in electric vehicles in Florida by engaging and educating the public, businesses, and policy-makers; facilitating collaboration; and supporting EV-friendly policy and programs.

Plug-in NC has been working since 2011 to establish North Carolina as a leader in electric transportation. We are a statewide program that promotes electric driving through education and outreach, consulting and resource development. We also strive to provide a collaborative opportunity for stakeholders to work together to ensure seamless integration of electric vehicles into our local communities.

I helped Drive Electric Tennessee reach it's goal to get 200,000 EVs on TN roads by 2028.

I helped craft Governor Kemp's plan to enhance electric transportation economic development and job growth opportunities across the state.

I helped create SC's electric transportation roadmap to drive the adoption of electric cars, trucks, and buses and increase in-state EV supply chain manufacturing and investment.
