    Holland & Knight Partner Stacie Goeddel has been named a Hospitality MVP by Law360. She is only one of three hospitality lawyers in the country to be selected for this honor.

    In choosing Ms. Goeddel, Law360 cited "her gift for helping clients with complicated mixed-use developments over the past year . . . with achievements like aiding Marriott with the takeover of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Panama," which was converted to a JW Marriott hotel.     In choosing Ms. Goeddel, Law360 cited "her gift for helping clients with complicated mixed-use developments over the past year . . . with achievements like aiding Marriott with the takeover of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Panama," which was converted to a JW Marriott hotel. According to the editors, "Goeddel was at the helm of negotiating and counseling her client on the legal issues involved in managing the properties, helping Marriott understand the complex financial structures at play and the rights and responsibilities of the hotel owner, as well as the unit owners."

    Law360's MVP awards are given annually to a select group of attorneys in recognition of their successes in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals. After reviewing nearly 1,000 submissions for this year's competition, Law360's team of editors arrived at a final list of 162 MVPs from 71 firms and spanning 35 practice areas.
