“I cannot say enough great things about Sisi Wei. I had the fortunate pleasure of working with Sisi during one of DataKind's datacorp projects. What started as a weekend project turned into a 6 month project which Sisi managed. I was simply there for the ride! I was MOST impressed with her abilities as a project manager as she moved the project forward, managed a pool of volunteers, set short term and long-term goals and ultimately created new interactive web-based tools for our organization. I was truly amazed. What was most amazing about Sisi was her unwavering commitment to the process and project. I was truly touched. There were so many unknowns as it was a project that was truly undefined and innovative (aka brand new) and for some this may have intiminated them but for Sisi – it was an opportunity and she seized it. I feel so fortunate to have meet a wonderul young visionary like Sisi and I am hoping in 10 years I can work for her!”
