“I have known Shella since 1998, when she came to work for Hoag. I was fortunate to have been the trainer for our department and therefore got to work closely with her. Not long after her employment Shella was sharing her knowledge and vast experience with me and others. She has a great spirit of teamwork, centered on patient well-being and care. She was an integral part of coordinating all aspects of the department, from imaging, breast biopsies and quality control. Shella's passion for her job and excellent work ethic were evident in her daily performance. Her efficient and,multi-tasking abilities, all while providing a high level of care, make her a tremendous asset to any company. ”
