Deployed Office 365 E3 Plan for multi subdomains in a single tenant instance, and served in the role of Project Lead. This included implementing federated domains for single sign on using ADFS 3.0 servers and Web Application Proxy servers in load balanced clusters. The deployment consisted of migrating the existing 2003 Exchange Server to Exchange Online, launch of Lync Online, design and rollout of SharePoint Online, and Office 365 Professional Plus deployments.

Project Lead for VMware Infrastructure Technology Refresh. Installed and configured ESXi hosts, implemented clustered services to include High Availability, vMotion, DRS and Affinity groups. Installation of vCenter and vCOPs server. Migrated all virtual servers from a VMware 3.5 cluster to the newly implemented VMware 5.5 cluster.

Designed and implemented a new Active Directory Domain Services infrastructure, which included standardized naming conventions, new organizational unit structure, planning and deploying group policy, deploying domain controllers running Windows Server 2012R2, decommissioning old domain controllers, and raising the functional levels for the forest and domain to Server 2012R2.

Lead for the Windows Deployment Services and MDT project, which included installing the WDS role in Windows 2008 server, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit setup and developing the companies Windows 7 and Windows XP standard image format to be used with WDS.

Design, deployment and migration activities for a leading retail company for migration of the company’s user shares to OneDrive for Business. The deployment consisted of validating the client’s directory synchronization, ADFS environments, file shares, provisioning OneDrive for Business permissions, and developing PowerShell scripting to migrate the user shares to OneDrive for Business using the ShareGate migration tool.
