Brandon Pierce, Greg Hahn, Lynn Edwards and Shawn Cline: Part of the team that has done an exceptional job of keeping the Wilsonville Decommission project on track given the 90-day schedule, as it was truly a massive risk to the client. Xerox executed a sale-leaseback for the Wilsonville Campus in Q4 2015, with 90 days to vacate buildings 60W and 83, commencing on December 2, 2015. This was originally a four-building campus, approximately 830K/SF of owned space. The client sold three of the buildings, reducing their footprint to 240K/SF, including one owned building of combined office, production, ink plant and shipping. They are leasing back 184K/SF in two separate buildings. The project included the relocation of approximately 500 employees to the new leased space, decommissioning the balance of vacated space, installing updated furniture and providing optimal work environments in both the leased space and renovated owned space. This team was also responsible for the construction of the Innovation Center as well as installing new city water meters. The team gave relentless efforts to drive the project to completion and were commended by Xerox leadership.

Shawn Cline has won the Workplace Excellence award for December for his great efforts in leading the JLL and Xerox teams in an extremely successful project.

After recently being engaged to assist Dean Stanberry’s IFM closure team, Shawn Cline was able to complete the closure of a 10,000 SF facility in Grand Forks, ND 30 days ahead of schedule. He also worked with the LL to negotiate a rent credit for the month of December.

After recently being engaged to assist Dean Stanberry’s IFM closure team, Shawn Cline was able to complete the closure of a 10,000 SF facility in Grand Forks, ND 30 days ahead of schedule. He also worked with the LL to negotiate a rent credit for the month of December.

His efforts secured a savings to the corporation of approximately $14K, which included the rent credit of $10.5K and roughly $3.5K in OPEX savings. Show less
