    o Strategically amended section in underlying development authority agreement which would have challenged the ability to procure debt and equity.
    • May, 2013: acquired development site.
    • April, 2015: 1400 Main Street opened.

    o Overcame great community concern and opposition over time by meeting with village staff, council members and residents. This was an education process which changed preconceived notions of the business and facility.
