    Development/Fundraising Strategic Planning
The Museum was looking to help focus our development programs, assess and prioritize the programs that would provide us with the best ROI for our development staff. Seth was very thorough and analyzed data from various studies on membership composition, donor campaigns and programs. In conjunction with meeting with the Museum’s board, staff and volunteers, Seth delivered a robust set of tools and recommendations including a customized system for looking at the return on our investments, a template for analyzing development costs and making informed decisions on ROI, a planned giving program strategy for the Museum, a major donor cultivation program and a series of corporate partnership programs and recommendations for enhancing our corporate partner development efforts. Seth also worked with us to recommend strategies for following up on our annual fund and year end campaigns designed to increase our response rates, reengage lapsed members and ultimately, increase museum donations.

Seth did what he said he would when he promised, met all his obligations, and provided me the framework to implement programs to improve our development strategy. I recommend Seth and Operational IMPACT Partners for development and marketing related needs.
